We are thrilled to introduce our online ordering system! Instead of placing your rental order by phone or email, you can now select your items, add them to a cart, and check out directly through our website. You can place your orders at any time of day or night, whenever works best for you.
Bookings are based on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend you submit your rental order as soon as you know the details of your event so that we may check availability of your desired rental items and delivery/pick up dates.
Absolutely! Additions are welcome at any time, but of course, they are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to your event date. All deposits are non-refundable. All ordered cancelled 2 weeks or less are non-refundable.
We have standard delivery/pick up charges that apply to all orders. Orders that require more complex delivery/pick up arrangements or arrangements outside our standard business day may incur additional charges.
Your order may incur additional fees or charges if our delivery/pick up teams are required to use stairs, delivery/pick up is delayed due to the event, if there is a large distance between the truck and delivery location, or if it requires additional labour or services. It’s always best to provide all information (stairs, no elevator, etc.) beforehand so there will be no surprises.
Absolutely. We are open Monday – Fridays from 9:30am – 3pm. If you require pick-up outside of those hour then this must be specified on your rental agreement. You must have the appropriate vehicle to pick-up your specific rentals.
We require all orders to have a fully completed rental agreement on file to confirm your booking. We require a 25% – 50% deposit and balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Full payment must be received before to delivering your order. If we are ordering a specific item for your event then full balance is require at the time of booking.
The price of our rental equipment includes pick-up the day before your event and returning the day after your event. Same applies to delivery. Should you need to keep our products longer than additional charges will apply.
When renting china, glassware, silverware, trays, bowls, serving pieces, etc. we ask that you remove any excess debris by scraping or rinsing off the equipment prior to returning. Please return them in the crates and racks in which they are delivered. If you rented linens, please do not attempt to wash or dry them. Please remove any food, menus, favors, etc. from the linens before packing them for pick up. If linens become wet while in your possession, please allow them to air dry and then place the dirty linens in the bag(s) provided.
We are proud to offer 24/7 Customer Service for all of our events. Should you need to reach us after business hours regarding an emergency for an event in progress, please contact our on-call staff by calling 905-624-1150 or 647-638-9408 or 416-688-7187.
Returning equipment and rental items late deprive other customers of the use of those items, therefore you will be charged for each additional day until returned. If you know that you cannot return your items on time, please give us a call so we may make any necessary accommodations.
